Founded in 2005, the group totals around 20 employees today, as well as various international partners.

Le Monde des 5 Fleurs finds its origin in the strong values and true vision of its creator; special emphasis is placed on team spirit and the individual fulfillment of the company’s employees.

Fundamental values are a company’s reason to exist, its DNA, the essence that guides all its actions.

Our mission today is to assist you in developing your skills according to our 5 areas of expertise and within
the following sectors: haute horlogerie, Jewelry, ready-to-wear, shoes, perfumes, cosmetics, luxury hotels,
table ware…

We constantly develop new tools, methods and concepts to respond to our clients’ needs : software packages, training programs, evaluation grids, recruitment policies.

Our policy is strongly result-oriented, since our approach measures the impact of any action
we undertake, along with monitoring your KPIs, as well as before and after our intervention.
